On June 18, 2020, the US Supreme Court rejected President Trump's attempt to wind down the DACA program and we expect new DACA applications to be accepted very soon. This app is designed to help people who have never had DACA before and not for those currently in the program seeking to renew.

On July 17, 2020, a federal court ordered the Trump Administration to accept new DACA applications potentially opening up the program to tens of thousands of new applicants. This app will help you assess whether you might be eligible to apply for DACA.

President Trump tried to reimpose the restrictions, but on November 14, 2020, a court overturned this effort and ordered DACA applications to be accepted immediately. President-Elect Joe Biden has also indicated he intends to fully implement DACA.
